Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Strio mobile application or website (https://strio.app) operated by Lenni Karvonen("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Strio you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Strio. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's consent.

2. User Accounts

If you create an account in Strio (for example via Sign in with Apple or Google), you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact us immediately at striosupport10@gmail.com.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Strio for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute Strio or any portion of it.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the service.

4. Content You Submit

When you upload a photo or video to Strio you retain ownership of that photo or video. You grant us a limited, royalty-free licence to process the media solely to provide the garment identification service. We do not use your photos or videos to train our models or share them with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload. Do not upload content that contain nudity, illegal content, or infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove any content or suspend any user that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Strio or its users.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Strio may offer free and paid tiers. Paid features are available through in-app purchases processed by Apple. All transactions are subject to Apple's End User License Agreement.

Refunds — refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Auto-renewal — subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within Strio are the property of Strio or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our brand assets.

8. Accuracy of Results

Garment identification is provided on a best-effort basis using AI. Results may not always be accurate or complete. We are not responsible for purchase decisions made based on identification results. Always verify product details with the retailer before purchasing.

9. Third-Party Links

Striomay display links to third-party retailers (such as Zalando, Zara, or similar). We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, product quality, pricing, delivery, or any other aspect of those third-party websites or transactions. Use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Strio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Strio at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the app at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
